For my rant project, I will be creating and performing a cut up text of rants from various sources. So far, I've selected and transcribed the source texts that I will be using, which include scenes from the following movies/tv shows:
- Terms of Endearment, 1987
- Birdman, 2014
- Whiplash, 2014
- On the Waterfront, 1954
- Simpsons, Season 6, Ep. 2
- Full Metal Jacket, 1987
I am also including some rants I found on reddit about wasps and being homeless.
The next step is to print out the texts and start cutting them up/assembling the new text. I may add some more source material if it seems lacking.
